ABOUT CPS
CPS was created because even strong students find it hard to stand out to employers: a degree and a GPA say little about where a student is headed.
So CPS offers focused, online professional certificates to college students in qualifying fields of study. Each one adds a specific, verifiable credential to the degree they are already earning.
CPS invites students at qualifying colleges and in qualifying fields of study. If you received an invitation, it links to a program chosen for your field. There is no application: eligible students can enroll directly, and there are no additional prerequisites.
You earn your certificate by completing the program’s requirements. Each certificate carries a credential ID, and anyone, including an employer, can confirm it on our verification page.
CPS is an independent online learning provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any university. Programs are non-accredited professional development.

We begin with the concepts and skills employers value and the knowledge that creates value in a career. Then we build the program around those priorities, with professional usefulness guiding what students learn.
Our aim is understanding you can apply, not simply terminology you can recall. Whether you pursue an internship, employment, freelance work or a venture of your own, the goal is knowledge you can put to use.

CPS openly seeks validation from major Fortune 500 companies for its programs and its approach to course design. We have received validation from some of the world’s most significant employers, recognizing our programs as especially useful for helping a résumé stand out.
